This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for SBlitz AI subscriptions and purchases.
14-day money-back guarantee
For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@storyblitz.ai for a full refund of that initial charge.
Recurring subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law.
AI usage and credits
Generated outputs (stories, voices, videos, thumbnails) consume AI compute and third-party API quota at the moment of generation. Refunds do not cover credits or usage already consumed, including outputs you choose not to use.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Repeated failures may pause your plan. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while we investigate.
EU / UK consumer rights
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use generation features within that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed for that billing cycle, in line with applicable consumer-protection law.
How to request a refund
Email hello@storyblitz.ai from the address on your account with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
