By creating an account or using SBlitz AI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

SBlitz AI provides AI-powered tools to generate scripts, voices, videos, thumbnails and related media. Features and limits may change over time. Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" with no service-level commitments.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your region) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation prevents future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• Usage quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• Taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added based on your location.

AI generation, accuracy & responsible use

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise inappropriate. You must review outputs before publishing or sharing them. You may not use the service to: (a) generate content that infringes intellectual-property rights; (b) impersonate real individuals without consent; (c) create deceptive deepfakes, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate speech, malware, or content prohibited by applicable law; (d) circumvent quotas or model safety measures; (e) train competing foundation models.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs you generate. You grant SBlitz AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit and back-up your content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights to the inputs you submit and that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Sharing & public links

If you make a story public, anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly.

Data retention & deletion

Account and content data are retained while your account is active. You can delete content at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Acceptable use & suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create excessive risk to us or other users. Where appropriate we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, Replicate). Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability for any claim to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where SBlitz AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
